Centrifugal clutch ready for dispatch

This week, some of our larger clutches are going on their journey to their destination.

The centifugal clutch type 0165-01444 is a double-width clutch in size 165.

Double-width means that two rows of centrifugal weights are installed,

which is easily recognisable when looking at the sectional cut of the clutch.

The size, in this case 165, always indicates the inner diameter of the housing.

With an engagement speed of 1500 rpm, the clutch transmits a torque of 570 Nm at 2600 rpm.

It is used in wood chippers with a drive power of 89 hp.
