Frequently asked questions about our drive solutions
How does the development of a custom solution proceed?
First, we gather key technical specifications via a questionnaire. We then check which size from our modular system is suitable and whether appropriate components already exist. On this basis, we develop an initial design proposal, which we will discuss with you before you receive a quote.
Do you offer samples or prototypes before mass production?
Yes, for series deliveries, initial samples and pilot runs are an integral part of our process before actual series production begins. For project-based business, we agree on this individually with you.
How long does the development and delivery of a custom solution take?
This depends on the scope: If the application is already known, development can be completed in a few days. For entirely new requirements with a higher need for coordination, it can take a few weeks.
Do you offer technical consulting on the design process?
Yes, we will advise you on the appropriate design for every request. We see ourselves as problem solvers and will support you until the best solution for your specific task has been found.
Which certifications or quality standards do you meet?
We are certified to DIN ISO 9001.
Do you deliver outside of Germany and Europe?
Yes, we deliver worldwide – our customers are located in many countries.
Are spare parts for older Amsbeck products still available?
Yes, you can also get our wear part kits for older Amsbeck products.
Are there minimum order quantities?
No, there is no minimum quantity, only a minimum order value of €50.
